Returns Policy
Here at Granite Setts Direct we are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with the service received.
We have tried to be as transparent as possible when explaining the process of choosing the colour, size and quantity, and what to expect regarding delivery options and time scales.
Should you be unhappy with the product you receive we will offer a full refund on the product side of the order subject to the re-stocking charge detailed below.
Although we facilitate the service through our contacts in haulage, we do not profit from the carriage, we use a third party for delivery and will not be in a position to refund this part of the sale.
Therefore the cost of returning the products back to our depot will have to be paid by the customer and a full refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. In addition to this, all returned items will be subject to a £25.00 (ex-Vat) restocking charge per consignment.
